Overview
Rooms at Scandic Grand Marina, the conference venue hotel, and Home Hotel Katajanokka can be booked through the conference registration system. Rooms can be booked as part of the conference registration. Full pre-payment of the entire booking is required to confirm your room. Prices are per room per night and include VAT. Cancellation and name changes
For cancellations or reductions made before 20 April 2027, the full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of EUR 50 and any applicable bank fees. After this date, no refund is possible. Name changes are free of charge.
