Oral presentation information
Before your session
- Arrive: 2 hours before your talk with slides on USB
- You may use the onsite computer or your own laptop, as applicable onsite
- Please be in the room 30 minutes before the session starts
Format & timing
- PowerPoint format: 16:9
- 15 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A
- The chair will keep time
